Our Asylum correspondent is back . . . and not watching an Asylum movie. Nope. The Bosanator takes on the found-footage horror sequel V/H/S 2 and he, like Shawn and I, is tired of found footage. But does he like this movie? Stick with us!
Searching for a missing student, two private investigator break into a house and find a collection of VHS tapes. Viewing the horrific contents of each cassette, they realize there may be dark motives behind the student's disappearance.
Awesome! I hate found-footage films, but this one was the shit! All the stories except for the zombie one. It was the same except for the camera angle. Meh. Even I'm gettin' tired of zombie flicks. However, I can play Left for Dead one and two forever. V/H/S 2 has lotsa gore and some awesome bad guys. This one makes me want to watch part one. Acting: good. Gore: good. Bad guys: good. Good guys: stupid as usual, just the way they would be. This movie is a Good for me.
