On Friday, March 21, The Basement ventured off the Internet and campus radio and was featured on Daybreak Kamloops, the morning program for our local CBC affiliate.
For those who aren't in the know, the CBC is Canada's national broadcaster. Think the BBC for Canada. Kind of a big deal.
Because many of our listeners don't live in this neck of the woods, I thought I'd share the interview for those who care enough to listen. We touch a bit on my life outside The Basement, so be warned.
You can pleasure your ear holes with the interview below. And I guarantee you phrases like "pleasure your ear holes" aren't heard on the CBC.
Big thanks to Doug Herbert, Shelley Joyce, Samantha Garvey and the rest of the local CBC crew for exposing The Basement to the masses. Very much appreciated.
Stick with us!
